As the Manager Continuous Improvement you will lead the delivery of the Continuous Improvement (Ci) strategy for Qantas Airports and develop and implement a Continuous Improvement framework. In this role you will be responsible for identifying designing and delivering process improvements and efficiency initiatives across airport and airline operations.
The role will develop and lead the program for Ci engaging with all airport employees to contribute ideas and suggestions for business improvements using data to support the case for change. Youll partner closely with the Airport Services process and procedure team to support transformation targets and longterm Airports Strategy as well as ensuring standards are always in existence and maintained including conducting project reviews and retrospectives.
Reporting to the Head of Change and Business Improvement this role will provide leadership coaching and mentoring to the senior leadership team to ensure growth development and high performance in Continuous Improvement outcomes. In addition youll deliver significant benefits through proactive identification of new opportunities and enabling the business to break down complex problems whilst identifying true root cause and ways to solve them.
