Job Description

Bemana is helping hire for a VP of Sales for a global leader in specialized electric motor solutions for small and large complex electric motor applications.

While deep knowledge of electric motors is a plus its not a requirement. Were looking for a proven sales leader with a strong industrial background who excels at building and managing highperforming teams. If youre a builder who can drive strategy lead from the front and learn a new product line quickly this is your opportunity to shape the future of a growing company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the entire sales organization including inside sales outside sales applications engineering and marketing teams.
  • Develop and implement national sales strategies focused on growth customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

  • Manage and support a network of manufacturers representatives across diverse U.S. territories.

  • Build mentor and scale a performancedriven sales team as the business grows.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering operations and executive leadership to align product offerings with market demands.

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and support key account development in target markets.

  • Own forecasting pipeline management and KPI tracking across all sales channels.

Work Experience:

  • 10 years of progressive experience in industrial sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or VPlevel role.
  • Strong leadership background building and scaling sales teams in technical OEMdriven markets.

  • Electric motor experience is a strong plus but not required if from a similar technical or industrial background.

  • Excellent strategic thinking communication and teambuilding abilities.

  • Familiar with managing manufacturers reps and multichannel sales models.

  • Willingness to travel frequently
