Guest Experience Guide - TicketRetail Agent

As a Ticket and Retail Agent your goal is to facilitate the fun engaging efficient and safe movement of guests through the may wear multiple hats as a Retail and Photo Agent Ticket Seller or Greeter. To name a few. You will have engaging interactions with our guests by bringing your best and anticipating guests needs while following Flyover standards and operating procedures. The Ticket and Retail Agents should always strive to maintain a positive attitude and a safe environment for all guests and team members.

This wage for this position is $18 per hour and a full breakdown of benefits and perks will be provided during the interview process. This role is posted for our Summer/Fall 2025 Season and based in Chicago IL and legal ability to work in the United States is required.

Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisors duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting guests and answering questions in a welcoming and positive manner.
• Ensuring accurate information is provided to guests in terms of experience price restrictions and content.
• Editing photos of guests while being knowledgeable about photo packages and backgrounds.
• Cash handling and reconciliation.
• Encourage strategic upsells as appropriate at Point of Sale.
• Ensuring all facility safety precautions are met and informing the Operator and Supervisors of any concerns.
• Lead by example to ensure FlyOver Chicago operating procedures safety of guests and team members and service standards are consistently maintained by all team members.
• Communicate efficiently using proper radio protocol.
• Assist with evacuation and shelterinplace procedures in the event of an emergency.
• Share knowledge with guests about Navy Pier Chicago and other tourist attractions around the venue.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• Availability to work a variety of shifts including days evenings weekends and Holidays
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environments
• Ability to lift loads of up to 30 pounds as necessary
• Solid knowledge base about Chicago and local area
• Experience in the tourism/hospitality industry or in a sales/retail role
• Cash handling and Point of Sale experience is an asset
• Public speaking experience is an asset
• Fluency in a language in addition to English is an asset
