Pickle is a rental marketplace that aims to monetize the billions of underutilized assets sitting in consumers closets and brands inventory. Users can easily tap into shared closets within their community through flexible and/or ondemand delivery options. Our goal is to provide affordable and convenient access to quality items exactly when our users need them. We are starting with P2P clothing/accessories and expanding to other categories.
We are looking for a GTM & Events Coordinator based in NYC to help bring Pickle to life across key cities from NYC to new markets. This is a highly detailoriented fastpaced role focused on supporting gotomarket campaigns organizing event and making sure no ball gets dropped. Youll play a huge part in how Pickle shows up offline and IRL from ensuring details are organized for creator dinners to coordinating weekly emails for new market launches to conducting outreach to potential partners and keeping all of our outreach documented and organized.

Responsibilities
- Create digital assets (in Canva) for eventsinvites Partifuls social graphics etc.
- Write and schedule email comms for pre/post event outreach cohort audiences and track performance (open rate clickthroughs RSVPs)
- Own the event checklistvendor coordination supply orders packing kits and ensuring all moving pieces are handled
- Keep GTM tools like Notion Canva folders vendor/contact lists and supply trackers organized and uptodate
- Help coordinate materials and keep copy updated for GTM playbooks and marketing templates
- Conduct postevent follow ups to close the loop on any new insights or opportunitiesupdate influencer databases send lookbooks and conduct and track followup touchpoints
- Research and identify new brands communities and creators in emerging markets and conduct outreach to help bring these to life
RequirementsYoull thrive in this role if...
- You have 13 years of experience in events marketing partnerships or operations
- Youre hyperorganized and detailobsessedyou love a welllabeled folder a master checklist and a plan A/B/C
- Youre comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fastmoving environment
- You have a keen eye for design and can spin up aesthetic onbrand event flyers quickly
- You have strong written communication skills and can draft polished emails invites and followups quickly
- Youre an active user of Canva Notion and Google Workspace
- You take initiative and enjoy being the one who ensures everything runs smoothly
- Youre excited to work at an earlystage startup and scale something new
- You have great taste and a sense of what resonates with fashionforward communitydriven audiences
