Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled Sr. Java and Spring Boot Developer to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing scalable components within a microservices architecture contributing to Synechrons strategic objectives of delivering highquality efficient and sustainable solutions. As a key player in our software engineering team you will drive technology initiatives that enhance business performance and client satisfaction.
Software Requirements
Required:
- Proficiency in Java 8 or latest version and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kong API Gateway.
- Proficient use of continuous integration/deployment tools like Jenkins Git and Jira.
- Familiarity with reactive programming frameworks such as RxJava.
Preferred:
- Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk AppDynamics Checkmarx Netsparker or Aquasec.
Overall Responsibilities
- Design and develop serverside components using Java and Spring Boot within a microservice architecture.
- Champion functional programming paradigms and adopt reactive programming where suitable.
- Implement and manage automated build integration and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to refine requirements and deliver highquality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure robust performance of developed components.
- Engage in code reviews to maintain codebase quality and integration consistency.

Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Java Spring Boot or cloud technologies are preferred.
