Job Description

Primary Therapy Source is looking for a Business Coordinator to manage business operations and staff. Qualified applicants will be organized able to multitask and be a leader in multiple departments. The Business Coordinator is responsible for managing staff providing quality customer service to our patients and assisting upper management in all other duties and responsibilities. We are an outpatient organization that offers Physical Occupational Speech and Behavioral therapy to patients of all ages. We are the leading pediatric therapy organization in Southern Idaho and the only company to offer all four therapies in one place.The ideal candidate will have the drive to perform well in a growing industry and has the necessary degree from an accredited university. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Share in the implementation of office and business procedures
  • Run reports for operational purposes
  • Process and oversee all payroll and employee benefit functions
  • Own HR processes and design employee retention and appreciation programs
  • Manage business operations to eliminate waste and ensure these operations and procedures are streamlined
  • Assist in enforcing HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Assist management in other responsibilities including but not limited to: Human Resources HIPAA compliance Marketing and IT
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Equivalent to graduation from a fouryear college or university with Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar (preferred)
    • OR Equivalent work experience in relevant role
  • Administrative experience (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ensure confidentiality with employee and patient information under HIPAA rules and regulations
  • Sufficient computer skill to operate Windows Microsoft Office Outlook PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to submit and pass a background check
  • Ability to work as a team player


Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

  • General Office Environment
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Full range of motion to run jump lift haul climb skip twist kneel crawl grasping pushing pulling and reaching
