The Revenue Product team uses creativity research insights and operational excellence to steer our product vision across Snap Inc. This team of Designers Scientists and Product Managers works in a highly collaborative environment to build the products and experiences that innovate and improve the performance of Snaps advertising platform to drive value and success to our customers.
Were looking for a Product Manager to join our Revenue Product team at Snap Inc to help with our Web Ads workstreams
What youll do:
Prioritize features build roadmaps and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and launch impactful products within Snaps advertising ecosystem.
Lead product areas to drive downfunnel performance for our advertisers.
Build trust and credibility through deep domain expertise sound decisionmaking and delivering highquality outcomes that align with Snaps broader revenue goals.
Partner with teams focused on platform and horizontal capabilities including Ads Quality (Ranking Targeting Marketplace and Ad Formats & Creatives) Signals and Measurement and Ads Manager to drive efficient .
Excellent analytical skills and experience with AB testing and ad hoc analysis
Ability to communicate concisely and influence outcomes
Think critically about how to achieve product goals and increase advertiser value
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Ability to collaborate and build trust with engineers designers data science and other crossfunctional teammates
Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
Deep understanding of ad technology
Ability to communicate results clearly and effectively across a matrix organization
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant years of experience
4 years of product development experience at a technology company
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience performing ad productoriented quantitative analysis
Experience building and launching ads solutions
Experience developing product strategies to drive advertiser acquisition retention and growth

Compensation
In the United States work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidates starting pay will be determined based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $173000$259000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
