Job Description

Job Title: Recruiter Executive

Location: Bangalore Whitefield

Position Type: FullTime Permanent Onsite

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Recruiter Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in tech product and service company hiring. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in endtoend recruitment processes strong sourcing skills and a passion for identifying top talent for fastpaced tech environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and team needs.

  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods including portals social media networking and employee referrals.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and prepare regular hiring status reports.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in tech hiring.

Requirements

  • 2 4 years of proven recruitment experience specifically hiring for tech product and/or service companies.

  • Strong understanding of technical profiles and skill sets.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in using recruitment tools applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for sourcing.

Bachelors degree in any field; HR certification is a plus.
