Job Title: Recruiter Executive
Location: Bangalore Whitefield
Position Type: FullTime Permanent Onsite
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Recruiter Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in tech product and service company hiring. The ideal candidate will have handson experience in endtoend recruitment processes strong sourcing skills and a passion for identifying top talent for fastpaced tech environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and team needs.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods including portals social media networking and employee referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Maintain and update the recruitment database and prepare regular hiring status reports.
Requirements
2 4 years of proven recruitment experience specifically hiring for tech product and/or service companies.
Strong understanding of technical profiles and skill sets.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficient in using recruitment tools applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for sourcing.
