You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailBemana is helping hire for an OEM Account Manager for a global leader in specialized electric motor solutions for small and large complex electric motor applications.
This role is responsible for managing strategic Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts developing longterm relationships and driving the growth of our electric motor solutions within key OEM customer segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales account management and knowledge of electric motor applications across various industries.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM accounts.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and margin goals.
Identify opportunities for upselling crossselling and new product integration within existing OEM platforms.
Collaborate with engineering product development and manufacturing teams to meet customer requirements and timelines.
Negotiate pricing terms and contracts in alignment with company policies and profitability targets.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and guide product development.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and problemsolving.
Prepare regular sales forecasts pipeline updates and performance reports for senior management.
Participate in industry trade shows customer meetings and technical presentations as needed.
Work Experience:
Strong understanding of electric motor technologies (AC DC BLDC servo etc. and their OEM applications.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and navigate multistakeholder environments.
Willingness to travel.
