Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and engaged Operations Manager to join our local team! This role is ideal for a handson leader with a strong background in operations and team management. As an Operations Manager you will act as the key liaison between commercial customers Account Representatives and local crews. You will oversee both short and longterm projects while ensuring toptier craftsmen service adhering to all safety protocols while embodying our organizations core values.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and quality in service
Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers and employees
Ensure all jobs are completed to meet established quality standards
Partner with local Sales team and customers to coordinate the scheduling of projects and workflow
Provide leadership training and enforce all safety and OSHA related protocols
Accountable for following all contract requirements and service agreements
Utilize technology Microsoft and ERP system for scheduling work orders and communication
Flexibility to work primarily weekdays with occasional nights or weekends
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of operations experience in a technical services industry
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
Strong leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
Proficiency in technology including Microsoft Suite and ERP systems
Ability to align teams with company culture and drive operational efficiency
Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and a valid drivers license with an insurable driving record
Ability to travel locally and corporately as needed
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Must be able to understand Spanish and communicate effectively with Spanish speaking individuals.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary of $60000 with eligibility for quarterly bonuses.
Performancebased bonuses have no cap
