Job Description
Dental Front Desk Associate
Titan Placement Group is searching for a Front Desk Associate/ Receptionist for a position with an Orthodontic office in beautiful Lakewood Ranch FL.
Lakewood Ranch FL is known for its wellplanned community development picturesque landscapes toprated schools diverse housing options and a wide range of recreational facilities.
This position is with an established organization dedicated to providing top patient care and beautiful smiles.

Responsibilities
- Typical Schedule
- Monday Friday
- Office Opens at 8am Closes at 5pm
- Will be asked to Arrive About 30 minutes Early to Set up for the Day
- Additional Office in Sarasota Must be Willing to Rotate to Both Offices
- Provide a Warm and Welcoming Greeting to Patients on Arrival
- Answer Phone Calls
- Scheduling and Confirming Appointments
- Managing Patient Records
- Collecting Payments and Insurance Verification
Requirements
- 1 Yr. of Front Desk Experience in an Orthodontist Office
- Organized and DetailOriented
- Warm and Friendly Personality
