Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and oversee a team of data researchers ensuring they meet project deadlines and maintain highquality work standards.
- Take ownership of large data sets ensuring data accuracy integrity and timely delivery.
- Lead research efforts on both standardized and customized data sets for clients and ISMG.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide regular progress updates proactively identifying any challenges or roadblocks and addressing them promptly.
- Mentor and guide junior team members offering coaching on data analysis techniques best practices and career development.
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members fostering an environment of growth and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement research strategies optimizing workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy in data handling.
- Foster a collaborative team culture encouraging knowledge sharing and skillbuilding across team members.
Requirements/Desired Experience:- Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing Statistics or a related field (preferred).
- At least 3 years of experience in market research including significant experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Strong background in quantitative research and data manipulation with a passion for improving processes.
- Proven experience in team management including mentoring performance reviews and conflict resolution.
- Expertise in Excel at an advanced level with the ability to handle complex data analysis tasks and PoweBI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with a strong ability to learn and adapt to other data and marketing programs quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation and project management capabilities.
- Experience in leading crossfunctional teams and managing client expectations.
Additional Details:- Location: onsite at our Delhi.
- Mandatory inoffice presence required Monday Friday during our standard hours of operation.
