Job Description
Finance Professional Wanted Inventory Focused Role
Wadeville Manufacturing Environment
FullTime Onsite
R750/780 000 per annum (incl. Medical Aid & Pension)
Duties & Responsibilities
In this role youll bridge the gap between finance and operations owning the raw materials planning forecasting and stock control that keeps production running smoothly.
What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Forecast raw material requirements in line with production and sales trends
- Develop and implement accurate inventory control systems
- Monitor analyze and optimize inventory levels to reduce excess stock
- Conduct regular physical stock takes and reconcile discrepancies
- Collaborate with procurement production and sales teams
- Improve inventory turnover ratios and minimize stockholding costs
- Use Syspro or other ERP systems to manage stock movements and reporting
- Finance degree (Accounting CIMA preferred)
- 5 years experience in stock accounting planning costing & forecasting
- Manufacturing or supply chain exposure is a must
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Syspro highly advantageous)
- Analytical mindset with handson approach
- Able to work well under pressure and take initiative in a fastpaced environment
