Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity to help establish and build the new Rola BYD dealership based at the Rola Mall Somerset West in the capacity of Selling Sales Manager role. This all electric premium brand is going to shift heads and standards. The successful techsavy candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team developing and implementing sales strategies and achieving sales targets with loads of zeal. Furthermore you will be responsible for creating a customerfocused sales culture and promoting the Rola brand.

Minimum Requirements
- Min Grade 12
- Computer literate
- At least 3 years experience in Vehicle Sales Management
- Proven Networker
- Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets
- High attention to detail. Organised & structured
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
- Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
- Excellent knowledge of vehicles & managerial skills
- Clear criminal record
