Job Title:

Agent Services Manager

Our fastpaced growing company is seeking a manager for all agentfacing departments in

operations. These departments include the Agent Contact Phones Center Licensing & Contracting

New Business and Clerical Support. Oxford Life Insurance Company is a member of AMERCO a

publicly traded financial holding network. AMERCOs other significant holdings include UHaul

International and Republic Western Insurance Company.

Responsibilities and Duties: This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary.

Provide leadership and mentorship to Supervisors and staff within Agent Service departments

Determine and prioritize initiatives for all Agent Service departments

Look for best practices and ensure symmetry amongst all Agent Service departments

Encourage process efficiency with automation and tools

Create an environment of learning accountability and employee development

Handle employee terminations and assist Supervisors with personnel issues

Handle distribution of projects received from upper management by determining which

departments are affected and organizing between all affected departments

Assist Supervisors with determining when changes are needed to Company policies &

procedures

Assist Supervisors with controls to ensure adherence with SOX/BDO audits

Determine max workloads for each department and role within each department and suggest

when changes to staffing are necessary

Meet with upper management on projects procedures initiatives and suggestions for

improving customer experience

Analyze data to determine/establish trends fluctuations and gaps

Budgeting for all Agent Service departments

Education/Qualifications:

High school diploma (required)

Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

3 years management experience (Preferred)

2 years insurance industryrelated experience (required)

2 years of operational experience preferably related to the agent field (preferred)

Understand general finance and budgeting (required)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (required)

Ability to analyze data (required)

Ability to present information to upper management and peers (required)

Analytical organized and detailed oriented mindset (required
