Property Soar is seeking a detailoriented and motivated Advertising Agent to join our growing team in Austin. As an Advertising Agent you will be responsible for creating managing and optimizing advertising campaigns that enhance the exposure of real estate listings and boost client engagement. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure every campaign meets our quality and performance standards.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement advertising strategies to promote real estate listings
Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with company goals
Write compelling ad copy for property listings and marketing materials
Coordinate with external platforms for ad placement (print web email campaigns etc.)
Track campaign performance and generate detailed reports
Maintain uptodate knowledge of real estate market trends and advertising best practices
Assist in developing creative materials to enhance brand presence
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising or related field is a plus
Previous experience in advertising marketing or a related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detailoriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Familiarity with advertising tools and platforms (excluding social media)
Experience in real estate advertising is an advantage
