Job Description
Our client a fintech rising star with serious crossAfrican ambition is searching for a QA & Support Analyst who treats bugs like personal insults. If you get a thrill from spotting the undefined null error before anyone else welcome youve found your people.
Duties & Responsibilities
This isnt just a clickthebuttonandseewhatbreaks kind of gig. This is highlevel quality assurance meets secondline support with a splash of why is this on fire and how do we stop it from catching everything else. Youll run root cause analysis help devs sleep at night and proudly wave your ISTQB certificate like a flag of excellence.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of QA experience (translation: youve earned your battle scars)
SQL so strong you once joined 6 tables and still made it look elegant
ISTQB certifiedbecause amateurs guess pros test
Youre the kind of person who sees unexpected behavior and says Challenge accepted
Comfortable with weekend standby (you Netflix emergency support calls romance)
Communication skills so sharp your bug reports have footnotes and fan mail
Qualification:
ISTQB Certified (and proud of it)
Familiar with the SDLC various testing methodologies and how to gently tell devs their code is trash (constructively of course)
