Job Description
Job Title: FullTime Nanny (LiveIn or LiveOut)
Location: College Grove TN 45 minutes outside Nashville)
Schedule: MondayFriday Guaranteed 40 hours/week
Start Time: 6AM daily
Were a warm active family in beautiful College Grove TN seeking an experienced and reliable fulltime nanny to care for our two younger children (a 6yearold girl and an 8yearold boy). Were open to relocating the right candidate for a livein position or hiring a local liveout nannyprovided youre comfortable with an early morning start.
About Us:
Both parents work fulltime and travel frequently.
We have three adult children living in or near Nashville
The household also includes two cats and two playful puppiesso you must be comfortable with animals!
A housekeeper visits weekly so deep cleaning is not required.
We offer a friendly respectful environment with a private bedroom and bathroom in our spacious home (for livein nannies).
A car is provided for both work and personal use.
Typical Daily Schedule:
6:006:15 AM: Arrive (or begin your day if livein)
6:157:00 AM: Prepare breakfast and lunch for the kids
7:00 AM: School dropoff
7:3010:00 AM: Kid laundry light tidying up from morning routine
10:00 AM2:00 PM: Break (or household management tasks as needed)
2:006:30 PM: School pickup activities light meal prep general supervision
Evening schedules may vary depending on activities and parental travel. Flexibility is key!
Duties Include:
Morning and afterschool routines
Driving children to/from school and activities
Preparing meals for the kids
Childrens laundry and general tidying
Light household management (inventory errands organizing)
Petfriendly care and attitude
Ideal Candidate:
Reliable organized and proactive
Warm and nurturing with strong communication skills
Flexible with schedule (especially when parents are traveling)
Holds a valid drivers license and clean driving record
Enjoys pets and a busy lively home
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experienc $30 to $40 per hour depending on experience
Guaranteed 40 hours per week
