About this role
Entrylevel Project management position that works closely with Service Account Managers and other members of the service team to help ensure BAS projects are delivered on time under budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Assist Service Account Managers as needed to ensure project completion per the contractual requirements within budget ontime and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist Service Account Managers with financial management of assigned projects including project planning billing revenue forecasting A/R collections and reestimating costs of installation projects.
Help manage delivery of contracted scope and secure change orders for the expansion of scope.
With SAM Oversight coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints and assist with corrective action plans to remedy issues.
Manage relationships with subcontractors identifying issues and take corrective action.
Maintain effective communications with customers and field team members to better understand support requirements.
Contacts customers frequently requiring a high degree of tact and courtesy to maintain and build good rapport.
Develops diverse product knowledge and may perform diagnostic procedures.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of experience in Building Automation or HVAC controls.
Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade and capable of lifting items up to 20lbs.
Ability to be insured for driving company vehicles or personal vehicle on company behalf.
Preferred Qualifications
1 years of experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Bachelors degree in business management engineering or construction management.
Knowledgeable of construction and project management common practices.
Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal skills).
Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Experience in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
