As our Enterprise Solutions Manager you will be pivotal in identifying designing and implementing technology solutions that meet our enterpriselevel needs and strategic objectives. Youll also manage vendor relationships and budgets and ensure secure compliant and performant solutions. As a key player in the organization you will foster crossfunctional partnerships and provide seamless application lifecycle management enhancing operational reliability and business continuity. Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Architecture: Create blueprints and architecture for new enterprise solutions assessing current systems and infrastructure for improvement opportunities.
2. Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise solution projects from planning and development to deployment and integration.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders (including senior management department heads and vendors) to understand needs and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
4. Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor technical teams in delivering complex projects providing technical support and expertise.
6. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with thirdparty vendors ensuring costeffective and reliable solutions.
7. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for enterprise solutions ensuring responsible resource allocation.
8. Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions meet industry standards and regulations addressing security risks and compliance requirements.
9. Performance Monitoring: Implement and monitor the performance of solutions using data analytics to identify areas for improvement.
10. Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to ensure users effectively utilize solutions.
11. Strategic Alignment: Your role as an Enterprise Solutions Manager is about managing technology and aligning our enterprise solutions with the companys broader IT and business strategy. Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field.
2. 3 years of experience leading application support or development teams.
3. Strong knowledge of both frontend and backend technologies relevant to web and mobile development.
4. Familiarity with emerging trends in cloud technologies and mobile applications.
5. Experience managing and reporting on budgets team performance and project timelines.
6. Handson experience with system architecture cloud technologies and emerging trends like mobile app APIs virtual environments and software development technologies.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
8. Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions with minimal supervision.
9. Your ability to foster partnerships and build trust with internal teams and external partners is not just a requirement but a key aspect of your role. Your ability to build these relationships will be crucial to the success of our enterprise solutions and your contribution will be highly valued.
10. Experience delivering technology solutions that meet or exceed business goals and manage budgets effectively.
11. Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and manage change.
