Job Description
We are seeking a selfmotivated and experienced Repipe Manager to lead our team with expertise and efficiency. If youre a proactive individual who thrives in a leadership role and has indepth knowledge of repiping systems general construction and project management we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a skilled team of technicians ensuring high performance and project success.
Oversee multiple repiping projects simultaneously from start to finish while ensuring quality and timeliness.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members ensuring they have clear direction and the tools they need to succeed.
Utilize your thorough knowledge of copper and PEX repipes including installation maintenance and troubleshooting.
Oversee general construction tasks such as cutting drilling drywall and other related duties as needed for each project.
Communicate effectively with clients addressing any concerns providing updates and ensuring satisfaction at all stages of the project.
Take initiative to solve problems anticipate project needs and act decisively.
Maintain high standards of safety quality and efficiency throughout each job.
Requirements:
Proven experience in repiping management with a strong understanding of copper and PEX repipes.
Knowledge of general construction framing drywall and related processes.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to manage multiple jobs at once.
Excellent communication skills both with clients and team members.
Selfmotivated with the ability to take direction and work independently.
Detailoriented organized and committed to delivering highquality work.
