Responsibilities for our Business Funding Executive:
Contact existing customers to build and maintain strong relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling our cash advance services.
Understand the unique financial needs and challenges of each customer and provide a solution that aligns with their goals.
Explain the benefits and features of our cash advance services addressing and questions or concerns and ensuring that the customer has a full understanding.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account status in our CRM system.
Meet and exceed performance targets including sales quotas and customer satisfaction metrics.
Stay up to date with industry trends and our evolving systems to provide informed guidance to customers.
Requirements for our Business Funding Executive:
Proven experience in an outbound sales role preferably in the financial services sector.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Proven ability to work in a fastpaced target driven and demanding environment.
Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
