Position Purpose:The Analyst Platform Activations role welcomes new selfservice advertisers into the Retail Media platform ecosystem; The key goal of the position is manage relationships with selfservice advertisers including training and ongoing strategic advice; Additionally this role will work across the Platform Solutions and Ad Ops teams to ensure that each of our platforms is optimized for ease of onboarding and provides an excellent customer service experience to our suppliers; Using discretion and independent judgment to make recommendations to suppliers on how best to maximize their investment in retail media at Home Depot
Key Responsibilities:- 15 Collaboration Actively contribute to team meetings and collaborate with various stakeholders on shared goals. Includes providing platform training to crossfunctional groups.
- 70 Managing Supplier Relationship Manage supplier relationship in Retail Media platform including onboarding suppliers into the system identifying strategic opportunities aligned with business goals making recommendations to suppliers and problemsolving. Includes building implementing and routinely evaluating processes and platforms in partnership with crossfunctional teams.
- 15 Platform Troubleshooting Identify technological operational or other challenges with various platforms and recommend creative solutions aligned with business goals.

Travel Requirements:Physical Requirements:- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

- Experience in Digital Media with experience in retail ecommerce and onsite advertising products preferred
- Previous experience working with large established digital properties and platforms (Facebook YouTube etc. and experience with newer or niche properties a major plus
- Agency or brand marketing experience
- Account Management Experience
- Previous experience with retail websites ecommerce and analytics
- Marketing/ad tech experience is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of technical pieces of digital marketing such as website analytics audiences data feeds tracking codes etc. Proven record of having worked with major consumer brands and knowing how to support
