SocialMediaSpecialist:
Position Summary:Thesocialmediaspecialist will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating highquality original content. You should also engage influencers manage our community by responding to comments and oversee our customer service across all platforms. To be successful as asocialmedia specialist you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience. Ultimately should demonstrate a wide degree of creativity and latitude with a keen interest in shaping Allen Brothers image and values through appropriate communication to the outside world.
What youll do:
SocialMediaManagement
- Aid in executing the companyssocialmediastrategy under the guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Creating engaging content and visuals forsocialmediaplatforms to increase brand visibility.
- Manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery ofsocialmediaassets
- Assist in scheduling content to ensure timely postings and maintain consistency across channels.
- Recommend creative ideas and artistic knowledge to exceed expectations of goals and objectives
- Building asocialmediapresence by maintaining a solid online presence.
- Monitoring the companys brand onsocialmedia.
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
- Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
- Overseeing customer service provided viasocialmedia.
- Coaching employees companywide on content creation best practices.
SocialData Analytics and Reporting:
- Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports on campaign performance.
- Provide support in interpreting data to derive actionable insights for marketing initiatives.
- Analyzing data to determine whethersocialmediacampaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Ability to use data and analytics to inform content decisions and drive growth of locationspecific followers
About you:
- Food focused with a desire to over deliver on quality content!
- 2 years ofsocialmediamarketing experience.
- Experience developingsocialmediastrategies.
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
- Ability to develop the right voice for eachsocialmediaplatform.
- Proven ability to buildsocialmediacommunities.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Experience as a Brand Manager onsocialmedia.
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
