Your role:
A Service Architect is responsible for designing and implementing service delivery solutions and strategies that align with client needs and business objectives. This role involves crafting service delivery frameworks identifying the right technologies and methodologies and ensuring that services are delivered effectively. Architects play a pivotal role in shaping the overall service delivery landscape within their organization and are known for their technical expertise strategic thinking and clientoriented approach. Architects play the lead role on consulting engagements. They are the face to the customer and provide leadership of the delivery team.
Experience:
- Project Leadership building or delivering complete projects/solutions: Prior experience in leading projects which involves designing implementing and overseeing complex service delivery or design solutions.
- Client Engagement: A history of effectively engaging with clients understanding their needs and aligning solutions with clientspecific requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Experience in implementing and maintaining quality standards and best practices to ensure highquality service delivery solutions.
- Mentorship and Collaboration: Experience in mentoring and collaborating with junior architects and crossfunctional teams to share knowledge and best practices.
- Strategic Contribution: Previous involvement in shaping the strategic direction of service delivery within the organization including contributing to architectural strategy and aligning it with business goals.
Knowledge:
- Technical and Architectural Knowledge of services solutions: A deep understanding of technology systems and concepts relevant to service design or delivery including best practices and industry standards.
- Client Understanding: Indepth knowledge of client needs expectations industryspecific trends and constraints to tailor or delivery solutions effectively.
- Quality Assurance Best Practices: Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices to ensure that service delivery solutions meet highquality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage solutions using Microsoft Azure M365 SharePoint Teams Defender Security Intune and Entra ID.
- Develop and execute project plans and SOWs.
- Provide consulting services to clients ensuring solutions meet their business needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality projects on time and within budget.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Microsoft Solutions Architect/Engineer.
- Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Services including Azure M365 SharePoint Teams Defender Security Intune and Entra ID.
- Expert consulting experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience in writing and executing SOWs and project plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $127800.00 $217300.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
