Job Description:

Optimize value creation for the Ecommerce Channel Strategy Team through management of SRM activities. This includes portfolio (product size/packaging) customer mix routetomarket mix pricing promotions and trade effectiveness. This role aims at building a sustainable business for the future support the 2030 RCNA ambitions and developing SRM capabilities within the organization.

This role will be a part of the Ecommerce Leadership Team.

What are we looking for

  • BA/BS degree in Administration Finance Accounting or Economics
  • 6 years of related experience
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders work collaboratively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical and modeling skills in Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to build simple impactful dashboards/products
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar BI platforms
  • Effective at making actionable recommendations
  • Excellent organization skills

What will be your key responsibilities

  • Analyze and propose opportunities to Increase NSV/T MAC and Earnings through portfolio and Customer mix
  • Support Sales team in evaluating Trade Effectiveness
  • Assist SRM team in proposing price increase / pricelist structure following business strategy financial requests and external environment
  • Colead Pricing Council meetings with Sr. Stakeholders to inform and align on pricing actions
  • Assist SRM team with promotional recommendations & tracking
  • Lead Trade Architecture/Effectiveness Initiative through continued support of the Sales teams & Data & Analytics
  • Support analyses of ad hoc transformational projects
  • Partner with other SRM roles to bring consistency and raise SRM capabilities in the organization
  • Work closely with Data and Analytics to create automated SRM related tools/tracking

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between the range listed below however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location jobrelated knowledge skills and total compensation package for this position mayalso include other elements if eligible including variable pay medical and dental benefits participation in 401k plan and paid time off benefits. Eligibility for these additional elements depend on the position offeredand the employees work schedule (i.e. parttime schedule store associate). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
