Job Description
TASQ is urgently hiring an onsite Team Lead Medical Equipment Support in Cebu. The prescreening interview will take place via phone.
**Position Overview: Team Lead Medical Equipment Support (Cebu)**
**Type of Support:** Blended 30 Voice 70 Back Office)
**Account Type:** Medical Equipment Support
**Work Arrangement:** Onsite (Cebu)
**Shift Schedule:** Aligned with US business hours
**Educational Requirements:**
Must be a college graduate (preferably in Pharmacy Life Science or Biomedical Engineering).
**Work Experience:**
Over 4 years of experience as a Team Lead.
Preferred experience in healthcare particularly with insurance claims processing and US benefits.
Experience in handling complaints related to medical technology is required.
Familiarity with ISOCFR and EUMDR standards.
