Customer Care with a Video Streaming Corporation (German Language)

Office Location is Cais Rocha Conde de bidosLisboa Portugal

Salary is EUR 16800 per year gross with bonuses

This project supports one of the worlds most popular video streaming services and were looking for passionate individuals to join our team in Lisbon. Here youll be part of a vibrant multicultural environment providing exceptional multichannel support to users who love the service as much as you will.

What Youll Be Doing:

Youll assist users via phone email and chathelping them troubleshoot and resolve issues ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Youll play a key role in creating positive interactions and lasting impressions.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum of 12 months of direct customer service experience (ideally in contact centers B2C and/or B2B)

  • Excellent communication skills in both German (native level) and English

  • A team player with a proactive mindset and a customerfirst attitude

  • Adaptable organized and ready to embrace new tools and processes

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering highquality support

  • Ability to empathize and effectively manage customer emotions

  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings weekends or holidays

  • Based in Lisbon with a valid legal work permit

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone email or chat

  • Diagnosing and resolving issues while keeping accurate records

  • Classifying cases and potential bugs for escalation to technical teams

  • Offering support for both general and technical inquiries on premium services

  • Following defined procedures to escalate more complex issues
