Salary is EUR 900 per month gross with bonuses

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

  • Serve as a knowledgeable consultant for customers in the sports industry.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries concerns and feedback across multiple channels.

  • Foster strong relationships with customers through open positive and interactive communication.

  • Deliver exceptional service ensuring satisfaction with the solutions provided while adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions to optimize internal processes for continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For

This role is a great fit if you:

  • Are fluent in French and English (both written and spoken B2 level or above).

  • Have a passion for sports and thrive in a team environment with a positive attitude.

  • Possess solid typing and computer skills (familiarity with MS Office).

  • Are techsavvy and quick to learn new software and tools.

  • Can explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Have prior experience in customer service (preferred but not required).

  • Are available to work rotational shifts.
