Job Description
St. Charles Catholic School located in Bloomington is seeking a fulltime Early Childhood Teacher for theschool year. St. Charles serves students in preschool through 8th grade and has a long history rooted in the Catholic faith. St. Charles is seeking a compassionate teacher who will build relationships engage students in handson learning and positively contribute to the school community.
We are seeking a dedicated lead early childhood teacher for a classroom of 4 and 5yearolds. This yearround position involves creating and implementing ageappropriate lessons guiding childrens learning through play and exploration and fostering a nurturing classroom environment. Candidates should be comfortable with planning activities that promote early literacy math religion social skills and motor development. Collaboration with fellow teachers maintaining strong communication with families and participating in professional development are essential aspects of the role.
A bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood development education or a related field or associates degree is preferred.
