DONOR RELATIONS MANAGER
Position Summary: SARRC is seeking a passionate and driven Donor Relations Manager to play a key role in advancing our mission by supporting the annual fundraising efforts from individual donors. This position leads strategic efforts to identify cultivate solicit and steward mid to highlevel individual donors. The Donor Relations Manager will build and manage a portfolio of individual donors and prospects creating personalized engagement strategies that support annual giving and special initiatives. Working collaboratively across departments the Donor Relations Manager will help ensure a cohesive donorcentered approach to fundraising and donor stewardship across the organization.
Your Role at SARRC: Donor Engagement - Manage a dynamic portfolio of individual donors and prospects to support SARRCs programs operations and strategic initiatives.
- Responsible for taking assigned donors through donor qualifying system and deciphering their level of interest in SARRC.
- Oversee all aspects of SARRCs midlevel giving the MultiYear Visionary Program (MVP). This includes renewals and solicitation of new prospects.
- Support the collection of outstanding donor gifts and pledges.
- Develop and track goals metrics and pipelines for donor engagement and giving.
- Prepare reports and donor profiles to support strategic outreach.
- Collaborate with development colleagues and leadership to advance donor strategies.
- Ensure timely and personalized donor recognition and stewardship touchpoints.
Donor Stewardship - Coordinate CEO Golden Hours with locations materials communications and board engagement.
- Oversee SARRCs specialized donor tour system including scheduling preparing materials collaboration and communication with speakers and attendees.
- Collaborate with the event team to create and implement a donor appreciation month recognition program.
Events & Special Initiatives - Serve as a contact for donors regarding SARRCs signature fundraising and appreciation events.
- Support in collaboration with the Director of Individual Giving & Events the donor engagement and giving strategies for events including the community breakfast YES Day Walk for Autism and special appeals.
- Support post event donor gift communication including tours thank you calls and outstanding gift collection.
- Attend and support donorfacing events to deepen relationships and encourage giving.
- Staff events and donor engagement opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support for new and evolving fundraising initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelors degree with a businessrelated and/or social services specialization from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the nonprofit sector fundraising donor relations or sales.
- Experience working with donor databases or point of sale system; CRM or Raisers Edge experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: - Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) certification preferred.
- Knowledge or interest in neurodiversity autism or nonprofit healthcare/education preferred.
Hours: Fulltime Monday Friday
Salary: $65000 $70000 DOE
