Job Description

Are you passionate about digital inclusion and the difference it can make to peoples lives

The Digital Inclusion Lead will play an essential role in the Skills and Progression project continuing the design and implementation of the digital skills element of this programme and working with internal teams and corporate partners to build a device bank of donated laptops and tablets.

The programme will support clients to build the essential digital skills and confidence needed to progress and sustain their believe that learning can be a lifechanging experience and make a real difference to peoples recovery and wellbeing.

In this role you will:

  • Use your extensive experience to design develop and successfully implement a highquality tiered hybridlearning curriculum which can be implemented across the organisation.
  • Advise the organisation and oversee development of all elements of the Digital Skills learning cycle from assessment tools through to progression pathways for clients.
  • Lead build relationships with and inspire tutors volunteer and corporate partner facilitators to ensure they deliver an excellent clientcentred service.
  • Undertake a number of Deputy Manager duties for wider Skills and progression service.

About you

We are looking for an individual with a growth mindset cando attitude and interest in service improvementto lead on the design testing and delivery of a digital skills programme for clients experiencing homelessness. You will have:

  • Extensive experience and technical understanding of designing implementing monitoring and evaluating hybrid Digital Inclusion programmes for disadvantaged and/or socially excluded people
  • Experience of leading and inspiring corporate partners a team and/or volunteers to deliver a traumainformed widereaching and highquality blended learning curriculum for adults.
