Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
- Work with different Geo leaders for the deals
- Have an understanding of the ServiceNow landscape and solution for RfXs
- Effort estimate the solution based on the requirements and produce a solution overview pricing overview and appropriate contingencies
- Document the proposals/SOW in a standard format or customer provided formats
- Setup review calls with the PreSales head and the Geo leaders to review the solution pricing contingency and proposal/SOW
- Prepare for solution walkthrough to the customer Presentation of the solution Demonstrations
- Separate review presentation for any large deals of ServiceNow to internal senior stakeholders
- Understand the ServiceNow licensing landscape and prepare the license estimates based on the customer request/requirement(s)
- Provide Managed Services or Time & Material estimates for the ServiceNow landscape for both if we have implemented or taking over from an Incumbent
- Ability to resource based on the requirement i.e. dedicated vs. shared; onsite vs. offshore etc.
- Maintain all the documents spreadsheets and relavant presentations within the central repository for audit purposes
- Participate in larger IT deals where ServiceNow is a platform of choice and prepare the effort estimates
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- An overall 810 years of experienced candidate with an experience of PreSales and Solution for at least 23 years
- Proven experience in handling multiple regions different cultures and ability to work on complex solutions
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver with quality i.e. structured and methodical
- Certifications ServiceNow CSA ServiceNow Sales Accreditation Certifications ServiceNow PreSales Accreditations ServiceNow MicroCertifications are a must.
- Proficient in MS Word MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in a relevant field is a plus
- ServiceNow CAD & CIS certifications is a plus
