We are so excited to be working with a highly acclaimed fine dining restaurant in the heart of London. Known for its outstanding reputation and elegant understated approach to luxury hospitality the restaurant is now looking for a passionate and driven Assistant General Manager to help shape the guest experience.
Youll be working closely with a hugely respected female chef General Manager and an Operations Director whos committed to supporting your development.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Assistant General Manager
- 47500 per annum plus service charge (following probation)
- Working 6 shifts across 5 days usually 2 lunch 2 dinner and 1 double great work life balance!

Responsibilities as the Assistant General Manager
- Supporting the General Manager in the daytoday running of the restaurant
- Leading from the floor and ensuring exceptional service is delivered consistently
- Mentoring and coaching team members to help them grow and thrive
- Getting stuck into everything from rota planning to event
- Working closely with the kitchen and frontofhouse teams to deliver a seamless and thoughtful guest experience
