What you will do
Manage the endtoend recruiting process for GTM (Sales Customer Success Marketing) Software Engineering Security Engineering and G&A roles from intake to close
Act as a true business partner to hiring managers: building role scorecards aligning on sourcing profiles and delivering highly qualified candidates
Drive handson sourcing and prospecting efforts across platforms like GitHub Stack Overflow LinkedIn Recruiter SeekOut AmazingHiring HireEZ and more
Craft tailored outreach messages build talent maps talent insights and own topoffunnel activity for hardtofill technical and GTM businesscritical roles
Use Lever (ATS) to maintain clean timely data and produce weekly reporting on pipeline health and funnel metrics
Coordinate candidate touch points across multiple roles and locations
What you will bring with you
7 years of inhouse fullcycle recruiting experience with recent handson focus across GTM Software Engineering Security Engineering and G&A roles within the cybersecurity SaaS domain
Deep fluency in modern sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g. GitHub Stack Overflow SeekOut LinkedIn Recruiter HireEZ)
Comfortable operating without recruiting sourcing support
Handson ATS experience (Lever preferred) and high standards for data hygiene and process consistency
Ability to work onsite in Raleigh and collaborate crossfunctionally with urgency and autonomy

The U.S. hourly range for this contractor position is $64 USD/hour. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on a variety of factors including your work location jobrelated experience and education.
