Accompanist
Gatesville ISD
2526 School Year
Accompanist position in Gatesville ISD which is just West of Waco. We have approximately 200 students in 7 ensembles grades 612 so we get the privilege of being our own feeder program. We are looking for a parttime piano accompanist for concerts and contests throughout the school year with availability to practice with choirs/soloists during classes and after school as needed. Occasional weekend activities.
This position can be expanded to full time with responsibilities which may include: maintaining music library and music materials fundraising recordkeeping and deposits making photocopies handling bus requests and purchase orders as needed throughout the year. Auditorium management and/or AudioVisual experience is a plus but not required.
- Parttime and/or Fulltime (with benefits) are available.
We are wellsupported by our admin our community and a healthy budget. Our Choir program has flourished in the past few years growing to be the 3rd largest organization in the district and achieving numerous accolades including:

- UIL State Solo & Ensemble Gold Medalist & multiple Outstanding Performers at TSSEC
