What Youll Do:
Lead and manage rail and transit projects from proposal to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Collaborate closely with our Rail and Transit Sector providing technical leadership in the planning design and construction management of significant transportation projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive business development efforts identifying new opportunities preparing winning proposals and contributing to the growth of our transportation portfolio.
Supervise and mentor technical staff fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
What Were Looking For:
A Bachelors degree in civil engineering (Masters preferred) from an EAC/ABETaccredited program.
An Illinois Professional Engineer license is required. Candidates with additional SE license or ability to obtain in 6 months highly preferred.
At least 10 years of structural design experience in bridges with previous experience in Rail Transit related structures.
Proven project management experience with a track record of delivering successful projects and developing strong client relationships.
Excellent verbal written and presentation skills with a clientfocused approach and a commitment to innovation and integrity.
