SUMMARY OF DUTIES

As a Case Management Supervisor in Hillsboro you will:

Direct and supervise employees and programs in a team environment. The employees supervised by this position provide case management to Medicaid recipients in longterm care and inhome settings within Washington County. This position also utilizes detailed knowledge of local community resources to maximize effective service delivery for clients and to integrate APD (Aging and People with Disabilities) programs in the community. This position uses program and technical knowledge and skills and abilities to plan organize and monitor the operations of a team of employees.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Four years of lead work supervision or progressively related experience;


OR


One year of related experience and a bachelors degree in behavioral science or human services.
