The Work:

The Scrum Master will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. They are alsoa custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team removes barriers to successful implementation and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintains the backlog and publishes reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the teams progress.

Heres what you need:

Experience within packaged software implementations of Oracle EBS within Financials and Maintenance/Supply Chain modules.
2 years within Oracle packaged software delivery and 5 years of Agile delivery serving as a Scrum Master.

As required by local law Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York Washington and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York Washington and the District of Columbia is:

$115500 $186900 USD
