Job Description
The Dental Center Clinics Manager is responsible for clinical fiscal human resource and quality outcomes for the Dental Center clinics. This includes actively managing all administrative and day to day operations. Working closely with the Dental Center leadership the manager will develop standards of care to ensure high quality cost effective delivery of care and spearhead innovative projects for program improvements.
The Dental Center Clinics Manager works with staff on a clearly defined and communicated vision and engages individuals and groups to achieve that vision. The manager also identifies and develops organizational talent and embraces continuous learning of self and others. Additionally the manager collaborates with Dental Center and School of Dentistry leadership to advance quality strategies ensure a positive professional work environment facilitate timeliness of services and enhance patient providers learners and staff satisfaction.
This position oversees all aspects of the provision of administrative services and is responsible for financial accountability and working collaboratively with the School of Dentistry finance leadership team to monitor the operating budget.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $110400 $235400 (Annual Rate).
