*Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Visioning
o Develop and communicate an enterprise architecture vision and strategy that aligns with government clients missions objectives and compliance requirements.
o Collaborate with client leadership to understand strategic goals and translate them into effective IT solutions.
o Define and maintain the architecture and technology roadmap ensuring it supports the strategic objectives of the organization.
Technology and Innovation Leadership:
o Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on the organization.
o Provide thought leadership and strategic direction in the use of technology to enhance client operations.
Architecture Design and Governance:
o Design comprehensive architectural frameworks reference models standards and blueprints that ensure system interoperability scalability and security
o Establish and implement architecture governance and operating model framework processes support in operationalizing EA practice establishing architecture governance compliance review processes
o Champion architecture initiatives ensure compliance with government policies standards regulations data protection laws and industry best practices and build a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
Stakeholder Engagement and IndustrySpecific Expertise:
o Act as a trusted advisor to government clients. Collaborate with clients key stakeholders across the organization including senior leaderships to provide sector specific insights provide strategic guidance in architecture decisionmaking
o Leverage industry experience in the government / public sector to address unique challenges risks policy and regulatory requirements security protocols associated with government operations
*Mandatory skill sets
- Should have architecture design experience creating industry specific architecture reference models blueprints and technology architecture roadmap
- Should have knowledge and experience defining the technology & architecture standards
- Should have knowledge and experience in architecture governance setting up and operationalizing EA practices
- Experience in consulting clientfacing role with a focus on managing client expectations and delivering tailored solutions.
- Proven experience in the government sector understanding public sector challenges policies regulatory requirements and opportunities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across an organization.
*Preferred skill sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Indepth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF Zachman).
- TOGAF 9 certification preferable
- Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements familiarity with leading digital emerging technologies including cloud technologies AI / ML GenAI IoT cyber security
- Experience in working in large scale digital transformation engagements for government / public sector
*Years of experience required
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as enterprise architecture and technology strategist with a focus on strategic EA and technology visioning design planning and innovation.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
