Job Description
Overview
Providence Medical Center (PMC) is seeking a Student Radiologic Technologist in a per diem variable shift role!!! Internally referred to as our Student Rad Tech at Providence Medical Center a member of Prime Healthcare. As a Student Rad Tech you will perform Diagnostic Radiographic procedures in our Radiology Department.
Shifts Available: Days
Employment Type: Per Diem
Hours: 8hour

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
- performs diagnostic Radiographic procedures according to department protocols HFAP/TJC/local regulatory/CMS State and Federal Regulations
- functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs
- participates in PI/QC activities
- responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS
Qualifications
Education and Training
Before we go any further we do have some dealbreakers. You must have:
- high school diploma or equivalent
- enrolled and in good standing in a Radiologic Technology program
- current BLS certification (AHA)
- at least 6 months of clinical experience
Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus:
- proficiency of computer systems to perform patient testing and to retrieve related data to monitor quality
