Our Global Health Internship offers LSHTM students from low or middleincome countries the opportunity to gain skills in evidencebased medicine by working on a healthcare problem which is relevant to their community.
This unique role offers you the opportunity to work collaboratively with us to design and conduct a global healthrelated project relevant to your community. We welcome project proposals relating to any of our service offerings but examples of projects include:
We will share our skills and knowledge in evidencebased medicine research design and medical communication. You will also have the opportunity to learn a range of technical skills relevant to your specific project approach.
This internship is fulltime and around 12 weeks in duration depending on your availability and right to work in the UK. This role will commence on Monday 6th October 2025 and you will be based in our London office. You can learn more about our London office here:

It should be noted that the internship is not intended as a means to gain experience at a UK company with a view to gaining fulltime employment at Costello Medical and it will not be possible to apply for a permanent position thereafter.

After applications have closed you will be provided with an update on your application. If successful you will be invited to the next round of the recruitment process which will consist of a telephone interview with a member of our Global Health Internship team. The final round of the recruitment process will require you to prepare a short presentation based on your project proposal followed by an interview with the team. Interviews will be arranged according to your availability and will take place from the week commencing 11th August 2025.
