Job Description
St. Anthony Catholic School located at 349 N. Warman Ave a member of the West Deanery Unified Catholic Schools is hiring an Assistant Principal for theschool year. Join a team of committed faithfilled teachers instructing a diverse group of students. Our three schools are deeply rooted in our Catholic mission to provide an academically rigorous education for our diverse student population. Students are challenged to grow in Mind Body & Soul and to engage in charitable stewardship of their unique talents and abilities.
The position is responsible for assisting the school principal in the leadership coordination supervision and management of the school program and operation.
Candidate Qualifications including but not limited too:
Demonstrates a commitment to the Catholic faith and providing a Catholic education to all students
Administrative licensure from the state of Indiana (or seeking reciprocity)
Classroom and/or administrative experience
Willingness to work to implement mission vision and goals of St. Anthony WDUCS
Assist the principal in the overall administration of the school; interpret and enforce school policies and regulations.
Assist the principal in the transformation of the school culture into a resultsoriented collaborative learning community.
Support the principal in the collaborative development implementation and ongoing refinement of the schools plan for continuous improvement.
Monitors student engagement and academic achievement
Communicate with teachers and parents in a timely manner
