We are looking for a Service Administrator Deliver accurate and efficient processing of service related administration on a daily basis while providing base level cover for Workshop Coordinator when required.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Manage work in progress to ensure all jobs are raised and closed in line with requirements
- Accurately process job sheets through to invoiced stage checking all details
- Loading parts on to jobs & process goods receipting
- Process engineer time sheets to ensure payroll and work in progress are accurate
- Process annual tank test sheets and reports
- Raise and follow up of purchase order numbers when required
- Review and raise credits when required within authorisation limits
- Secure purchase order numbers from customers as required
- Collate amend and verify warranty documentation in readiness for claim submission
- Ensure portals databases and registers are always up to date
- Support and provide cover for workshop coordinator regarding vehicle check in bookings and scheduling
- Ownership of service department document filing both digital and hard copies.
- Any other duties as defined by the line manager when required

- Good communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
- Be an effective team player and actively contribute to our continual improvement culture
- Computer Literate including all MS Office Applications
- Self motivation and a positive attitude
- Strong organisational and process skills
- Previous experience of a customer service role advantageous
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work load
