Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business requirements processes and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements functional specifications and user stories.
Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Assist in the prioritization and management of the product backlog ensuring that it is wellgroomed and uptodate.
Monitor and track project progress identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status progress and any potential roadblocks.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Scrum framework.
