Job Description
Lexus of Cool Springs is looking for a Saturday Service Receptionist to join our team. We need someone with both a winning attitude and professional appearance. To be successful in this position the candidate must be able to multitask.
Pay rate: $1414.50/hr
Paid weekly
The job responsibilities are listed below:
- Greets service customers and determines the nature of their visit.
- Directs customers to the correct department notifies the appropriate person that a customers is waiting and introduces the customer to the service consultant.
- Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message in the event that an associate is not available.
- Prepares refreshments and performs housekeeping duties in cafe and Service lounge.
- Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner.
- Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
- Responsible for assisting customers with loaner vehicles.
- Schedules service appointments.
- Understands and follows receptionist processes and procedures.
- Assists with dealership duties as requested.
Exposure to both indoor and outdoor elements entering and exiting buildings and transportation mode during all seasons
All applicants must be at least 19 years old and be able to pass preemployment testing which includes background checks MVR drug test and valid drivers license for at least 3 years.
