Customer Experience Roles: Customer Experience roles involve providing essential services to customers within the Maersk environment. Responsibilities include:
Managing customer channels
Handling case management
Onboarding and managing customer relationships
Managing contracts and resolving disputes
These roles focus on ensuring a positive customer journey and satisfaction.
Administrative Stream: Roles in the Administrative Stream provide crucial support through skilled technical administrative or operational tasks. Positions range from entrylevel workers and technicians to experienced contributors with specialized knowledge.
At higher levels individuals work independently apply standards and may deviate from established processes to solve problems. They handle tasks of limited complexity exercising independent judgment within defined guidelines. Training and onthejob experience within a specific discipline are key.
Candidates should possess knowledge of standardized work routines and methods with the ability to escalate nonroutine issues as needed.
Requirements: The role requires familiarity with jobspecific tasks and basic business knowledge at the time of hiring.
