CRM Product Owner (Contract)
London Hybrid 2/3 days per week in the office
Circa 550 p/day Inside IR35
We are looking for an experienced CRM Product Owner to support a consulting client with a Digital Transformation project. Involving a multi brand multi region CRM migration project. The role is to interface between the consultancy and the client tech teams to define the product roadmap and support the roll out of the new systems.
The project will involve
- Product roadmap support define strategic blueprint for CRM: Use cases capability architecture operating model
- Delivering evidence via deployment within the exiting team and supporting tech to facilitate required changes.
- Overseeing definition of the product roadmap and defining requirements and specifications to ensure changes delivered by technical teams deliver the required solution
An ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the CRM Marketing Technology space as a product manager/owner and supported several transformation projects
