Job Description

- Follows all recipes and performs food preparation & cooking duties including meat salad appetizers entree etc.
- Ensures a proper supply of clean dishware pots pans and cooking/serving utensils are available
- Cleans work areas and all equipment used in food preparation
- Equivalent experience and familiarity with basic cooking supplies and equipment is preferred.
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
- Must maintain good hygiene
- Work in a fastpaced environment and maintain great enthusiasm
- Be a team player with strong work ethics
- Must be able to work weekends and holiday season (Christmas Eve Christmas New Years Eve New Year)
- Must be available to work at least 4 shifts a week.
- Wage averages to about $18.00 per hour Tips
